Makes 2 ¼ cups | Serves 2 | Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
· 1 medium apple – cut into pieces
· ¼ cup kale
· ½ cup almond milk (water or other milk alternative)
· 1 cup ice
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into high speed blender (I like to add the ice first)
2. Blend on high until ingredients are well incorporated
3. Pour into glass and serve immediately
